Gargi Limaye

Gargi Limaye is an Educator hailing from Pune she is currently working as a Chief executive officer in Eduwrite. During her conversation with The Code Bharat Team Gargi shared her favourite aspect of teaching. “Teaching was always one of my great passions. I still remember playing teacher at home with my little dog as my student. A black board and a chalk were my favorite toys. I basically am a fun loving person, so while Teaching I don’t make it a very serious class with many compulsions” she articulated. While talking about what motivates her to do her best in the educational society Gargi expressed that she wants to reach as many people as possible and spread the importance of learning a new skill, e.g., a new language, a dance form, art etc. “I want to spread the importance of having accurate knowledge of what you do. My motive is to make maximum students realize the importance of being perfect in whatever they do” she further added.

An extremely modest soul Gragi, put emphasis on the importance of her organisation and the vital role it played in her life. “Eduwrite made me stand strong, it gave me an identity, an opportunity to lead and do something for the society and myself. It’s a world in itself and we live in it” she said. She also believes that learning is a process that happens gradually with individual interests and their requirements; it is not something which happens within a few seconds. She says that she puts efforts so that she can make learning fun, with games and understanding and not just cramming. If it’s for her students she tries her level best to be the finest.

“Our quality made us what we are today. The mouth publicity is something that brings up your brand. So delivering the best quality is our motto”.

A Confident influencer, Gargi has also been recognized on various platforms. She achieved an award as the most promising Entrepreneurs under 40, 2021 from the Nationwide awards. Her outstanding leadership quality and a will to bring a positive change in society made her enter the education field. In a candid interview with our team Gargi shared “Certain skills are said to be inherited. My father was a scientist and my mother a doctor (gynecologist), so education was always the priority in life since childhood. It was taught in school. I remember that we owe something to society. This always made me think about how I could serve the society and also earn for my bread and butter. This question prevailed for a pretty long time in my mind. But one fine day, while speaking with my father, I realized education is one such field which shall solve my problem. At the same time I can serve the people and also earn for myself”.

She shared another incident which helped her decide what she wanted to do in her life , this happened sometime in her early teens. One fine day, one of her friends asked her to explain a small physics concept. “I did my job, but she was thrilled as she found Physics interesting after that and shared her experience in our class. All my friends and classmates started taking my help whenever and wherever required. Later I took a few seminars in college, which built confidence in me. During this journey, i realised i am made for the educational field” she said with a fond smile . Furthermore, Gargi expressed that she wants to inspire her students but motivation or inspiration does not happen in a day. She said “It’s a long process. I understand the candidate first, his choices, his culture and mainly his strengths.

Mostly I observed the students and their parents also don’t know about the qualities they carry. I help the candidates in understanding and realizing their strengths”. Understanding the individual strength of the student gives a boost to their confidence and career. She also firmly believes that there is no number one. Every student they teach is taught in a different manner according to his qualities, his interests. “We want the students to understand the subject and its beauty” she further added.

When asked about the most difficult phase of her journey and how she overcame it she reminisce, “The most tough time, I faced was during the initial years of Eduwrite. It was a new firm, a new sector all together, foreign languages were not so much in demand then. The 4 months I had no admission. In the month of April I received my 1st admission. Sustaining that phase was really very difficult. My savings were all being spent on the monthly rent and the required expenses and there was no income at all”. But after realizing that no matter how good they are if the people don’t about them it goes to waste, they needed to spread the word and this is where the word of mouth helped them. Their passion to deliver only the best made Edurite a world known organization. With candidates from all around the world Edurite is continuously blooming in an outstanding institute and our team  wishes Gargi and her team all the best for their bright future.
